Svitch CSR 762
The CSR 762 is the first electric motorcycle from Svitch, which has built a name for e-bike sales. The Gujarat-based electric car maker has a soft launch for the CSR 762 in November 2021, but the electric bike is yet to hit the roads. Currently in the certification phase, Svitch says it is also working to build a strong dealer network and other complementary arms for the final market launch in the second half of 2022.
Estimated timelines for the official launch of the CSR 762 are planned between July and August. Svitch estimates the retail price of one of these at Rs 1.65 lakh. Svitch said that with a subsidy of up to Rs 40,000 (provisional) on the FAME II, the expected price should be around Rs 1.25 lakh.
Hero Electric AE-47 E-Bike
Hero Electric has unveiled its first electric motorcycle called the AE-47 at the Auto Expo 2020. The bike is compact like the Revolt RV400 but gets a neo-retro design. It gets many features like USB charger, cruise control, 2 driving modes, walk and reverse assist, geo-fencing, GPS, SIM and Bluetooth connectivity with app support.
The Hero Electric AE-47 is powered by a 4kW electric hub motor. Hero claims that the motorcycle can accelerate from 0-60 kmph in 9 seconds and has a top speed of 85 kmph. The motorcycle has a removable 3.5kWh lithium-ion battery. The claimed range is 165 km in Eco mode and 85 km in Power mode. The battery can be fully charged in four hours.
The AE-47 will be launched later this year. It is expected to be priced in the region of Rs 1 lakh, which is almost the same price as its competitor, the Revolt RV 400.
Tork T6X
Tork Motors, which received investment from Ratan Tata last year, is now working on the Tork T6X e-bike for the Indian market. The bike is expected to be launched in the coming months. The Tork T6X is said to be powered by a 72Ah lithium-ion battery and can be charged up to 80% in an hour. km/h The range of the bike is given as 100 km per charge.
Hop Oxo 100

Evoke Urban Classic
The Evoke Urban Classic electric motorcycle has been spotted in India. The company plans to start operations in India. While the Urban Classic has been introduced, it may not be the Chinese bike maker’s first bike in the country. It’s an expensive product, so it doesn’t make sense for a cost-conscious brand like ours.
Emflux One
Emflux Motors is a Bengaluru-based startup founded in 2016. It is India’s first electric superbike company and its first product is called Emflux One, a fully faired electric performance motorcycle.
The company claims that it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds and is capable of a top speed of 200 km/h. The Emflux One is powered by a liquid-cooled AC induction motor coupled to a Samsung lithium-ion battery. The electric motor generates a peak power of 72 hp and a maximum torque of 84 Nm. The bike has a claimed range of 200 km and the battery can be charged up to 80 percent in over half an hour using fast charging technology.
Emflux One has many technological features such as GPS navigation system with 6.8-inch TFT display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and real-time self-diagnosis. The bike comes with a mobile app for remote setup as well as bike-to-bike connectivity. Built on a tubular steel frame, the bike rides on 43mm USD front forks (upgradable to Ohlins Race and Track USD forks) and a gas-filled monoshock unit in the rear (upgradable to 46mm Gas Shock Ohlins monotube). It stops with 300mm dual-disc brakes up front and a 220mm disc at the rear.
The bike also has a two-channel ABS system and regenerative braking as standard. The 17-inch wheels are shod with Pirelli Diablo Rosso II radial tires measuring 120 at the front and 180 at the rear. While Emflux showcased the bike at the 2018 Auto Expo, it is not known when the brand will launch the production bike.
Ultraviolette F77
The Ultraviolet F77 was introduced in India about two years ago, but is yet to go on sale. Fortunately, it is in the final stages of testing and the electric motorcycle is expected to go into production before mid-2022. The F77 is a performance-oriented e-bike with a 0-60 km/h time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 140 km/h.
Harley Davidson LiveWire
Harley-Davidson introduced LiveWire in India. The all-electric muscle bike accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds with a range of 234 km in the city on a full charge. It comes with a standard level 1 charging cable with the option to use a quick charger as well. The latter fully charges the bike in just an hour.
It is priced at $29,799, which roughly equates to Rs 21.40 lakh, excluding taxes and duties. The bike will go on sale in the US, Canada and Western Europe in September, with other markets to follow soon. Harley is expected to launch the motorcycle in India soon.
Harley-Davidson LiveWire S2 Del Mar
The Harley-Davidson LiveWire S2 Del Mar Launch Edition has been launched in America. Here’s everything H-D’s second e-bike has to offer. Harley-Davidson LiveWire S2 Del Mar is the brand’s second and most affordable electric bike.
It is based on the LiveWire Arrow architecture, which is designed to be modular and can be integrated into different types of chassis. The S2 Del mar is powered by an 81bhp electric powertrain and offers a claimed range of 100km in the city.
The bike weighs under 200 kg and is suspended with a USD fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear. It’s anchored by disc brakes at both ends and rolls on 19-inch wheels front and rear. It’s wrapped in flat-tracker-inspired LiveWire Dunlop DT1 tires.
The Harley-Davidson LiveWire S2 Del Mar is expected to be in India by mid-2023 as the deliveries to the global markets will start from March 2023. It may be priced around Rs 20,000 and that’s it. electricity premium. a bike from a traditional Indian company.
Orxa Mantis
Bengaluru-based Orxa Energies unveiled its first electric bike, the Mantis, at the India Bike Week in Goa. The Mantis electric bike has a bare streetfighter design and has a range of 200 km in the real world on a single charge.
The 9kWh lithium-ion battery is a set of 6 batteries with a total weight of 65 kg. Orxa claims to have developed the batteries and they are modular and ready to replace. Claimed charging time is less than 3.5 hours with a 15A socket.
The motorcycle is powered by an electric motor designed for a peak power of 25 kW. Suspension bits include a 41mm telescopic fork and a monoshock at the rear. The bike uses disc brakes at both ends and the curb weight is at 175kg, which is 17kg more than the Ultraviolet F77.
